Appalachian Wellness, LLC takes great pride in providing medically necessary medication management to patients struggling with opioid addiction and other substance abuse issues. Our providers are experienced, compassionate and recovery oriented. Upon completing your intake and health assessment, you will be scheduled with a prescribing provider, Dr. Haas, Dr. Sizemore or Ms. Campbell to address your substance use treatment needs.
